Members of the platform have expressed outrage due to a modification that led to items being listed as the wrong size.
The second-hand shopping app has altered its sizing categories for female and kids' apparel but did not contact every member regarding the update.

Before the change, the sizing featured a single numeric size and a letter, such as S/8 or M/10.
The new system has a letter with a size spectrum such as S/UK 8-10.
In some cases, the size labels have been reassigned - for example a size L was previously a 12 but now shows as UK 16-18.

Frankie Bridger, who makes TikTok content about plus-size fashion, stated the update "complicates both purchasing and selling".
"Rarely do manufacturers list XL as sizes 20-22," the way the service now categorizes.
A different member, based in Glasgow, said garments she listed featuring size 14 markings were appearing on the platform as size 20–22.
"If buyers measuring 20-22 acquire them they're going to be very disappointed," she stated.
Necessary Adjustments
Charlotte Lunn, from Derby, said she had been left angered by the change as she had to manually change the sizing for "all her products".
"This situation is especially annoying, since I have chronic health issues and platform income has been essential for me since losing part of my income," she said.
